Vice President, AI Transformation & Value Creation (AI)

Location: Remote – U.S.A.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus a potential discretionary incentive program and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the enterprise AI transformation roadmap and manage a portfolio of AI initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities aligned with strategic objectives, ROI, revenue growth, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional AI and automation transformation programs and redesign processes and operating models with business leaders.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, KPIs, value realization metrics, executive dashboards, and accountability across stakeholder groups.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and vendors while partnering with IT, Product, Data Science, and PMO teams on implementation and scaling.
• Lead AI adoption, change management, workforce readiness, AI literacy, and responsible innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of leadership experience in transformation, strategy, technology, operations, analytics, or consulting.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with AI, GenAI, automation, advanced analytics, or digital transformation.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and financial acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
