What you will do

• Support store performance through daily business rhythms, coaching, and consistent operational execution.
• Lead from the sales floor, model elevated service, and reinforce conversion, appointments, clienteling, follow-up, and relationship-building behaviors.
• Partner with the General Manager on visual standards, promotions, operational priorities, inventory, compliance, and security.
• Resolve customer concerns within company guidelines and create memorable, trust-building experiences.
• Coach, recognize, onboard, train, and develop store team members while reinforcing accountability and teamwork.

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, peak seasons, and a typical five-day, 40-hour schedule.
