Licensed Optician - General Manager

Location: San Tan Valley, Arizona, United States. This is a full-time, store-based position.

What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning, and policy compliance.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop associates while providing feedback and performance evaluations.
• Manage store sales, profitability, budgets, supplies, schedules, and financial performance.
• Monitor customer and patient experiences and partner with the Doctor to support quality care.
• Execute merchandising, marketing, promotional, quality, and service standards.
• Recruit and retain talent, conduct audits, maintain accurate records, and report to the District Manager.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail experience.
• ABO and NCLE certification required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and manage store operations.
• Knowledge of the optical industry is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
