TL;DR
Sr Analyst, Co-Manufacturing (Publishing) (Supply Chain/PMO): Supporting strategic PMO activities across a co-manufacturing portfolio by building project plans, governance trackers, executive reporting, and cross-functional follow-through with an accent on supply reliability, operational readiness, and data-driven decision making. Focus on tracking risks, milestones, KPIs, savings, service metrics, and capacity while coordinating Procurement, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, and external manufacturing stakeholders.

Location: 333 Continental Blvd, El Segundo, California, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

  • Support the strategic PMO agenda for co-manufacturing initiatives through project planning, milestone management, risk tracking, issue resolution, and status reporting.
  • Build integrated project plans, action logs, governance trackers, and executive-ready updates for Product Supply priorities.
  • Coordinate Procurement, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, regional supply teams, and external co-manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs, savings targets, service metrics, implementation milestones, capacity, supply continuity, inventory implications, cost, and operational readiness.
  • Support onboarding, transition, expansion, and optimization activities for co-manufacturing partners.
  • Standardize PMO templates, reporting, meeting cadences, documentation, and continuous-improvement routines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Typically 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, PMO, strategic planning, operations, manufacturing, procurement, or related analytical roles.
  • Experience supporting complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Strong project management, analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and working knowledge of demand and supply planning, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and logistics.
  • General knowledge of New Product Introduction processes and comfort working with ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Experience in co-manufacturing, external manufacturing, network strategy, supplier operations, consumer products, or fast-moving operational environments.
  • Master’s degree or relevant advanced certification.
  • Knowledge of project management systems, dashboarding tools, ERP platforms, or visualization tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar certification.
