Engineering Change Analyst (Product Data Management)

Salary: USD $110,000–$130,000 annually for US hires; CAD $100,000–$120,000 annually for Canadian hires.

What you will do

• Support SKU, part number, and GTIN creation through Agile PLM and related systems.
• Draft, route, execute, and review engineering, manufacturing, tooling, documentation, and deviation changes for NPI and sustaining production.
• Track change implementation at factories and suppliers using Agile PLM metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Packaging, Compliance, suppliers, and other external partners to structure products and document changes.
• Maintain and optimize PDM processes, provide BOM and change-control proposals, and participate in core project team meetings.
• Train new teammates and suppliers and resolve complex product data and change management issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience independently managing change management processes for projects using Agile PLM or an equivalent ERP.
• 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end NPI programs with project management and supply chain or manufacturing process expertise.
• Thorough knowledge of configuration management, including product hierarchies, interchangeability rules, and part number systems.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Strong data analysis skills with MS Excel or Tableau expertise.
• Excellent communication, task management, problem-solving, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making skills.
