Sr. Analyst, Digital Supply Chain

Location: Chicago/Aon Center, Pittsburgh/PPG, or Toronto; onsite role

Salary: $89,800.00–$112,200.00 base salary annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Elicit, document, and map business requirements for new and enhanced supply chain functionality.
• Evaluate expected KPI impacts and validate business outcomes after production releases.
• Plan and execute UAT, document results, and obtain sign-off before deployment.
• Develop change management plans, including training materials, schedules, hyper-care support, and desk-side pairing.
• Gather user feedback through quarterly surveys and NPS to inform the product roadmap.
• Lead product demos and provide stakeholder updates during Sprint Reviews and Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain.
• Experience with Advanced Planning Systems, ERP, or similar supply chain systems.
• Ability to manage cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a large-scale food and beverage CPG manufacturing environment.
• Experience with demand planning or related supply chain planning roles.
• Working knowledge of SQL and AI.
