Sr. Pricing Analyst

Location: Hybrid in North Andover, Massachusetts, United States; office attendance is required Monday through Wednesday, with remote work available Thursday and Friday.

Salary: $89,000–$97,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop reporting structures and formats for interrogating MRP and ERP data.
• Create concise reports covering pricing, sales, margin, profitability, and other key metrics.
• Build external comparable metrics using construction, competitive, and industry data.
• Review pricing and promotional initiatives and identify trends that diverge from business plans.
• Lead cross-functional reviews, determine root causes, and develop action plans for underperforming trends.
• Evaluate customer and industry pricing and rebate structures to identify standardization and profitability opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pricing experience.
• Wholesale or retail rebate process experience.
• Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and data management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as QAD or SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
