Customs Brokerage FTZ On-Site

Location: On-site at the Honeywell Aerospace Foreign Trade Zone facility in Olathe, Kansas, USA, five days per week, Monday–Friday

What you will do

• Coordinate and complete Foreign Trade Zone documentation, including 214 entries, using data provided by Honeywell.
• Work with customs brokers and on-site teams to maintain accurate data and paperwork while meeting daily and weekly deadlines.
• Execute complex FTZ transactions and support inventory control, recordkeeping, reporting, and analysis.
• Classify products not listed in the master parts database and obtain missing shipment information from engineers and compliance teams.
• Update Honeywell’s SAP or CAT operating system with shipment details and compliance information.
• Provide FTZ compliance training to brokers and Honeywell personnel.

Requirements

• Experience with US customs brokerage services and a solid understanding of FTZ operations.
• Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, and familiarity with PowerPoint.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require future employment visa sponsorship.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
• Strong organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication, reliability, and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, work overtime when needed, and operate comfortably at a customer facility.
