What you will do

• Lead the RMA lab, document control areas, and quality assurance staff.
• Establish quality procedures, specifications, and testing standards for raw materials, in-process work, and finished products.
• Manage supplier quality processes, KPIs, corrective actions, and QMS compliance reporting.
• Maintain the ISO 9001:2015-based quality management system, including audit schedules, non-conformances, and corrective and preventive actions in ETQ.
• Coordinate internal and third-party ISO, UL, and customer audits.
• Monitor assembly quality and manufacturing processes while driving reductions in scrap and rework and improving shop-floor yield.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or related engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates requiring current or future sponsorship are not eligible.
