Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach nursing students in clinical settings and implement course objectives, curriculum, and program outcomes.
• Plan clinical experiences and directly supervise students delivering nursing care.
• Evaluate student performance, provide documented feedback, and support remediation when needed.
• Prepare clinical assignments and grade written, laboratory, and clinical work.
• Coordinate with clinical agencies, course coordinators, administrators, staff, and faculty on student and agency matters.
• Contribute to program development, assessment, retention initiatives, policy implementation, and student satisfaction.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Unencumbered professional nursing license in Ohio.
• Illinois RN license required to teach all courses; assignments are prioritized for professors currently licensed in Illinois.
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
• At least two years of registered nursing practice experience within the last five years.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and prudent judgment.
