Capstone Clinical Nursing Instructor (Part-Time)

Location: Miramar, FL, USA. Clinical schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 6:30 AM–7:30 PM.

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach and supervise nursing students during capstone clinical experiences.
• Plan clinical assignments and provide direct oversight while students deliver nursing care.
• Evaluate student performance and provide documented feedback based on course objectives.
• Provide remediation and support students as they transition into professional nursing practice.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical agency policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, clinical agencies, and administration to improve program delivery and student satisfaction.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of nursing practice experience within the past five years.
• Professional nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and sound professional judgment.
• Ability to comply with applicable regulatory requirements, institutional policies, and clinical standards.
