Maternal Child Clinical Faculty (Part-Time)

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach clinical nursing experiences and implement course objectives, curriculum requirements, and program outcomes.
• Plan clinical assignments and directly supervise and evaluate students providing nursing care.
• Assess student performance, provide documented feedback, and support remediation when needed.
• Coordinate with clinical agencies, course coordinators, college administration, staff, and other faculty.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to program development, assessment activities, retention efforts, and student satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of maternal-child registered nursing practice experience within the last five years.
• Professional nurse licensure in Illinois is required.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and prudent judgment.
• Ability to collaborate, solve problems, build consensus, and maintain professional standards.
