Assembly Operator - 1st Shift (Electrical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Assemble, fill, kit, prepare, label, and package electrical products and components according to work instructions.
• Use specifications, drawings, job routings, machinery, hand tools, and power tools to complete assembly operations.
• Select and move production materials while maintaining the equipment and materials needed for operations.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and report safety, quality, equipment, material, ihirify.globalory, and documentation issues.
• Record manufacturing order information and complete transactions to maintain accurate ihirify.globalory balances.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and participate in rotational assignments and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and light industrial facility operations preferred.
• Experience following work instructions, reading blueprints, and assembling mechanical parts preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools and scales preferred.
• Ability to meet established safety, quality, performance, and 5S standards.
