Operator 1 - 3rd Shift

Location: Andover, Massachusetts, United States. Onsite, 3rd shift, Sunday–Thursday, 11:30 PM–7:30 AM.

Salary: $17.50/hour, with rates increasing based on experience and a 20% shift differential for 3rd-shift work.

What you will do

• Operate work center equipment to meet standard production rates and monitor output for conformance to specifications.
• Report equipment downtime or malfunctions and perform routine production monitoring.
• Use microscopes, hand tools, measurement equipment, and test equipment.
• Cross-train and become certified in at least four package assembly work centers, including SMD, Underfill, Transformer Assembly, Mold, Laser Mark, Cut, J-Lead, or Test.
• Perform work according to quality, safety, and cost requirements with minimal direct supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work the onsite 3rd-shift schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:30 PM–7:30 AM.
