Manufacturing Associate (1st Shift)

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do

• Perform assembly, production, fabrication, packaging, and material handling activities.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety requirements.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and other production equipment.
• Read blueprints, work orders, specifications, and production instructions.
• Inspect materials, components, and finished products and report quality or equipment issues.
• Work across departments and support continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to perform basic measurements and inspections with gauges, rulers, calipers, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, attendance, and work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, perform repetitive motions, and regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience.
• Experience with production equipment, machinery, or automated systems.
• Knowledge of quality inspection processes and manufacturing best practices.
