2nd & 3rd Shift Operator/Assembler/Fork Truck Driver (Manufacturing)

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, United States; on-site 2nd shift (2:30pm–10:35pm) or 3rd shift (10:30pm–6:35am). Shift times may change, and daily or weekend overtime may be required.

What you will do

• Load and unload products on overhead conveyor lines and parts into fitting racks.
• Operate, monitor, and inspect paint lines, dip tanks, impregnators, tools, and related production equipment.
• Apply powder paint manually when required and perform minor equipment troubleshooting.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles, including forklifts and walk-behind forklifts, to move parts and racks.
• Inspect, clean, pack, and prepare products and materials for shipment or transfer.
• Follow safety procedures, report hazards or equipment failures, document work, and support production improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Ability to understand work instructions and use hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Limited technical ability is required; training is provided.
• Motivated self-starter with good attendance.
• Willingness to work assigned evening or overnight shifts and daily or weekend overtime as business conditions require.
• Personal protective equipment is required, including safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel-toe shoes.
