TL;DR
Software Engineer III (Java): Designing, testing, debugging, and implementing dynamic web applications and user interfaces with Java, JavaScript, JSF, and AngularJS with an accent on scalable components, web services, and secure Java web environments. Focus on eliciting requirements from users, refining solutions through demonstrations, presenting designs for review, and debugging complex UI components.
Location: Boca Raton, Florida, United States; onsite full-time

What you will do
- Design, test, debug, and implement dynamic web applications and user interfaces.
- Translate high-level requirements into working solutions by asking clarifying questions and taking ownership of delivery.
- Collaborate with users to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and refine implementations based on feedback.
- Present solutions in formal and informal design reviews and document technical designs.
- Design and deliver complex, highly scalable software components and debug UI and application issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Java, HTML, JavaScript, and framework libraries.
- Strong experience with Spring, Hibernate, JSON, HTML4/5, AJAX, JSF, CSS, JDBC, and JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and Bootstrap.
- Experience with Linux, Java web containers such as Tomcat, and web services including SOAP and REST.
- Experience with web security, HTTP/S, HSTS, WSAUTH, Eclipse, JIRA, SVN, and Git.
- Experience developing large web application UIs from start to finish and working with customers and team members to define requirements.

- 2+ years of experience in a Tomcat-based environment.
