Sr Engineer Integration & Yield (Semiconductors)

Location: Singapore; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Identify, resolve, and improve process integration and semiconductor yield issues.
• Support manufacturing operations, development programs, new designs, and customer projects.
• Develop custom or derivative processes, module characterization methods, and design rules.
• Develop test structures, defect source libraries, and tool defect-source fingerprinting capabilities.
• Perform data analysis, product and process partitioning studies, and defect characterization to improve yield.
• Drive continuous improvement plans, document processes, assess failure modes, and establish mitigation and detection measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, yield, or related engineering activities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address technical and yield concerns.
• Commitment to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.
