Senior Engineer, Process Integration (Contract Manufacturers Operation)

What you will do

• Lead the consumable product portfolio across contract manufacturing operations worldwide.
• Provide production support engineering and support new product introduction after design-to-production transfer.
• Perform advanced failure analysis, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions for manufacturing and product quality issues.
• Analyze field quality data and drive prevention, detection, yield, and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop capacity expansion plans, identify high-volume manufacturing solutions, and qualify new tools.
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional engineering teams on Design-for-Manufacturing processes, material selection, test plans, and process control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or science, including chemistry, mechanical, electrical, biomedical, or materials disciplines.
• 5–8 years of experience in the biotech industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience in process integration or product engineering within semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, yield engineering, continuous improvement, failure analysis, quality assurance, and process control.
• Ability to define test plans, interpret test results, correlate results with product failures, and solve complex technical problems.
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration, multitasking, and technical leadership skills; willingness to travel for supplier management and coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication, biochemistry processes, back-end packaging assembly, or contract manufacturer management.
