Process Engineer (BEOL)

Location: Singapore, SGP; Work location: North. Travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and qualify BEOL optical processes for performance, yield, and reliability requirements.
• Partner with etch, deposition, lithography, process integration, device, and defect-reduction engineers to improve device and yield performance.
• Design, execute, and analyze Design of Experiments to address complex process engineering issues.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement mitigation plans for yield and performance problems.
• Collect and analyze experimental data, compile technical reports, and support multiple products within safety guidelines.
• Characterize hardware and implement methods and technologies for evaluating complex systems.

Requirements

• Experience in BEOL optics or semiconductor fabrication is preferred.
• Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience interpreting technical challenges.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and collaborate with process, integration, customer, vendor, and supplier teams.
• Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, or complexity.
