HR Specialist (MedTech)

Location: On-site in Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland

Base pay: €63,300–€101,315 per year, plus an annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Coach managers through complex people situations and organizational change.
• Support workforce planning, organizational transitions, and broader people initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with employees and stakeholders across the business.
• Use people insights and data to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Apply HR policies and practices consistently in line with employment legislation.

Requirements

• Experience in HR, employment law, or a related field.
• Typically 5–6 years of relevant professional experience in a business, operations, or functional support role.
• Strong HR generalist experience and experience managing employee relations matters.
• Strong communication, coaching, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity and change, and deliver accurate, high-quality work.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with sound professional judgment.
