What you will do

• Manage and enhance learning and talent programs, including internal mentoring and leadership development.
• Create high-impact enablement tools and experiences to grow employee capability and performance.
• Drive AI adoption by building and piloting programs to embed AI tools into talent development.
• Own and innovate the talent development tech stack, including Culture Amp and Notion.
• Facilitate workshops to strengthen organizational alignment, capability, and culture.
• Iterate on program delivery using feedback and data to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management experience within a People or L&D function.
• Strong passion for talent development, enablement, or organizational growth.
• Practical curiosity and ability to evaluate and implement AI tools effectively.
• Experience building templates, programs, and scalable ways of working.
• Collaborative mindset with a growth-oriented approach to feedback.
