Talent Development Program Manager (AI)

Location: Ireland, Northern Ireland, or the UK; hybrid role with flexi-time, working from home, and possible remote work.

What you will do

• Manage and enhance learning and talent programmes, including mentoring and leadership development initiatives.
• Build practical leader and employee enablement tools, templates, and experiences that improve capability and team performance.
• Develop and pilot ways to embed AI safely and effectively into talent development and learning.
• Own and improve talent development tools and systems, including Culture Amp, Notion, and internal learning resources.
• Partner with the Talent Development and People teams to deliver programmes and facilitate capability-building workshops.
• Use feedback and data to measure results and continuously improve programme delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of programme or project management experience in a People or L&D function, or equivalent experience combined with a proven interest in talent development, enablement, or organisational growth.
• Strong organisation, quality focus, follow-through, ownership, and ability to work at pace.
• Ability to build simple, useful, end-user-focused programmes, tools, and ways of working.
• Practical curiosity about AI and the ability to critically evaluate AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborative approach, growth mindset, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous improvement.
