P&C Business Partner (HR): Managing employee relations, HR programs, organizational change, and employment compliance in partnership with managers, leaders, and legal teams with an accent on complex employee matters, manager coaching, and HR legislation. Focus on developing policies and contracts, improving HR processes, supporting culture and talent initiatives, and guiding junior HR professionals.
Location: Galway, Ireland (hybrid)

What you will do
- Manage employee relations matters with employees, managers, and business leaders.
- Coach managers on employee development, performance goals, discipline, and complex people issues.
- Partner with Legal on employment contracts, policies, and employment law matters.
- Manage exits, including terminations, exit interviews, and related documentation.
- Develop, implement, administer, and improve HR programs and employee handbooks.
- Support employer branding, organizational change, learning and development, talent acquisition events, and HR process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an HR role.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Experience with HRIS; Workday experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of organizational change, culture transformation, and change management.
- Ability to prioritize a high volume of projects and complete tasks from start to finish.
