What you will do

• Manage customer queries through chat and email.
• Provide high-end customer service and identify effective solutions.
• Develop strong product expertise for the video-on-demand streaming account.
• Use social media activity to understand customer concerns.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical support process is preferred.
• Basic understanding of PC and mobile device troubleshooting.
• Experience with email and social media support.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
