Panel Support Specialist (Media Measurement, Chinese Speaker)

Location: KL Eco City, Bangsar, Malaysia; the role supports Singapore television and digital research panels.

What you will do

• Respond to panel member questions and concerns through email and other communication channels.
• Troubleshoot issues affecting TV, Digital, and Content Insights panel members, report cases to stakeholders, and follow up through resolution.
• Maintain panel member databases and perform quality-control validations, detailed data checks, and discrepancy reporting.
• Write and edit newsletters, bulletins, portal updates, email campaigns, and other panel communications.
• Support fieldwork collecting media consumption data and annual social-demographic updates.
• Coordinate technicians and part-timers and collaborate with market research, data processing, and technical teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin are required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of database concepts and strong analytical skills for accurate data interpretation and validation.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate across teams and cultures.
