Associate Cyber Security Engineering (IAM)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $80,800–$133,400 USD annually

What you will do

• Support the IAM strategic roadmap, product vision, objectives, success metrics, and capability evaluation.
• Gather and translate business, functional, operational, and reporting requirements into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Define future-state IAM processes and operating models while analyzing impacts across people, process, technology, and governance.
• Partner with engineering and delivery teams during roadmap planning, Agile ceremonies, dependency management, and project tracking.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and business validation activities.
• Support IAM governance, audits, regulatory assessments, control improvements, dashboards, reporting, budgeting, and resource forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, cybersecurity, or IAM-related functions.
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts and practices, including identity governance, privileged access, access controls, directory services, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
