Senior Identity Engineer (Workforce Identity)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and support enterprise and customer-facing IAM solutions using Okta, Auth0, and IGA tools.
• Integrate identity systems with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and other directories.
• Build and maintain secure SCIM, REST API, and custom connector integrations.
• Lead passwordless authentication, PAM, identity migrations, upgrades, and adoption of Okta Identity Engine.
• Provide Tier-3 troubleshooting and incident resolution for complex IAM issues.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, compliance, and audit teams to maintain secure and compliant identity services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory.
• Expertise in Auth0, IGA, CIAM, PAM, passwordless solutions, and identity lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of OIDC, SAML, SWA, MFA, privileged access management tools, and security best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta Workflows, PowerShell, or Python scripting.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and identity governance.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certification.
