Senior Identity Engineer, Workforce Identity (Cybersecurity)

Location: Seattle, United States

Annual base pay: $140,800–$211,200, plus possible incentive compensation, bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and support enterprise and customer-facing IAM solutions using Okta, Auth0, and IGA tools.
• Integrate identity systems with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and other directories.
• Build and maintain secure SCIM, REST API, and custom connector integrations.
• Deploy and manage PAM solutions, protecting administrative accounts and enforcing least-privilege access.
• Lead identity platform upgrades, migrations, and adoption of emerging technologies such as Okta Identity Engine.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, compliance, and audit teams on architecture, controls, evidence collection, and incident resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory.
• Expertise in Auth0, IGA, CIAM, PAM, passwordless solutions, and identity lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of OIDC, SAML, SWA, and MFA protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting identity incidents and working independently in a regulated environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta Workflows, PowerShell, or Python scripting.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and identity governance.
• CISSP, CISM, or an equivalent security certification.
