Operations Analyst Student

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; part-time work from the Tel Aviv offices with a hybrid model and at least three office days per week for team members near key hubs.

What you will do

• Analyze complex data to quantify hirify.global’s impact across leading global ecommerce merchants.
• Manage merchant tickets and alerts, including triage, research, prioritization, assignment, and resolution of data and analytics issues.
• Design, code, and test adjustments to the production decisioning engine using Python.
• Collaborate with fraud analysts, customer success managers, and customer support to resolve customer issues and improve products.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with at least three full semesters remaining until graduation, excluding the current semester.
• Ability to translate broad business questions into analytical approaches and appropriate queries.
• Basic coding ability in a scripting language, preferably Python.
• Technical orientation, strong learning ability, ownership, and effective multitasking skills.
• Ability to move work forward, ask relevant questions, involve the right people, and escalate when necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience writing basic SQL queries.
