Plant Controller (Manufacturing Finance)

Location: Fremont, Ohio, United States; full-time onsite position at the Fremont Factory

Base salary: $120,800–$151,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead financial management, reporting, planning, and analysis for the manufacturing plant.
• Report financial results, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
• Manage the SAP month-end close process and reconcile plant balance sheet accounts.
• Deliver cost forecasts, productivity analysis, financial standards, and tools for plant operations.
• Drive cost reduction, operating efficiency, process improvements, and corporate initiatives.
• Manage internal and external audits and develop direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum six years of experience in finance or accounting management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, product costing, and financial systems.
• Advanced practical knowledge of SAP or other costing systems and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, detail-oriented, and results-driven skills.
• Demonstrated project and change management abilities.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, or CGA designation.
• MBA in Accounting or Finance.
