What you will do

• Lead the structuring, analysis, and approval of highly complex commercial credit transactions.
• Monitor portfolio risk and assess industry trends and macroeconomic factors affecting credit quality.
• Advise sales teams and senior leadership on credit strategy, negotiations, and deal execution.
• Structure and negotiate credit agreements with clients, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior credit professionals and improve credit processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Resolve portfolio-related problems and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or 12+ years of equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in commercial credit analysis, structuring, underwriting, portfolio management, and risk analysis.
• At least 8 years of experience in a specialized commercial business line, capital markets, or corporate commercial banking.
• Deep expertise in complex credit agreements, lending structures, credit policies, and legal documentation.
• Strong leadership, executive communication, stakeholder management, and client advisory skills.
• Must work from the United States.
