Focus on maintaining workbooks and internal access, tracking project progress, analyzing basic business data, and resolving customer order issues by phone.
Location: Xinzhuang, New Taipei City, Taiwan; onsite, full time

What you will do
- Support the SPG commercial team with internal SAP system maintenance and related access administration.
- Prepare, collect, consolidate, archive, and integrate sales reports.
- Create and maintain workbooks, BW reports, and EAR-related processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and support cross-functional communication.
- Track project and task progress and provide regular status updates to the sales manager.
- Handle basic customer communication by phone, including order-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
- At least 5 years of related experience and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic English ability is required.
- Strong communication skills, a proactive and detail-oriented approach, responsibility, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
