Production Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Escobedo, Monterrey, Mexico

Salary: MXN 25,000–29,500 per month

What you will do

• Manage tooling capacity and schedules to support customer requirements and mass production.
• Coordinate with internal teams, interplant partners, Program Management, and Global Marketing on production and tooling status.
• Forecast machine, labor, and material requirements and create production planning schedules.
• Maintain weekly production schedules, toy lists, and production dates in the relevant systems.
• Review supply plans against demand in Blue Yonder and communicate changes to replenishment planning teams.
• Identify the top five items with shortages, prepare action plans, and report status and performance to plant leadership and management.

Requirements

• Degree or background in Business Studies, Business Administration, or Management.
• 3–4 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
