Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Reynosa, Mexico; onsite. Willingness to work different shifts is required.

What you will do

• Manage production personnel, resources, and manufacturing processes.
• Oversee safety, quality, production performance, and on-time delivery.
• Support initiatives to reduce setup time, manufacturing cycle time, conversion costs, and machine downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and review production sequences and work plans.
• Track Daily Rate, Request Day, OTS, and PD targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in production, preferably in metal-mechanic manufacturing.
• Experience with SQDCC boards and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Intermediate English preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work different shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience with cutting processes, aluminum, painting, and assembly.
