Master Schedule Planner

Location: On-site in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico

What you will do

• Convert supply plans, forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into executable master production schedules.
• Track forecasts and provide timely, accurate feedback to functional managers.
• Prepare master schedule reports covering business, shipment, inventory, and production plan performance.
• Identify demand levels and create tactical production plans to meet customer requirements.
• Schedule supply by product mix and provide commitment dates to customer service across multiple product lines.
• Establish key performance indicators for master plan accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, administrative, or related engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Experience supporting high-volume, high-movement production lines.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, including SAP, Excel, Power BI, and the PP module.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• APICS or CPIM certification.
