Warehouse Manager (Logistics)

Location: Chihuahua, Mexico; fully onsite with no hybrid or remote work option

What you will do

• Supervise receiving, shipping, warehousing, Tool Crib operations, and production material support.
• Lead inventory analysis, cycle counts, annual physical inventories, adjustments, and corrective action plans while maintaining accuracy above 98%.
• Coordinate domestic and urgent shipments, transportation tenders, export documentation, and CTPAT compliance.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and consumables for production lines and resolve shortages with Planning, Purchasing, Customs, and Distribution teams.
• Manage warehouse equipment preventive maintenance, FIFO practices, traceability, kitting, chemical materials, and related expenses.
• Standardize processes and documentation, lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives, and promote workplace safety.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials management, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards, SAP, or Oracle.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Power BI.
• Flexibility to support different work schedules and experience coordinating annual physical inventories.
