Production Scheduler (Manufacturing)

Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

• Convert supply plans, forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into executable master production schedules.
• Develop time-phased production plans, capacity plans, and work order execution timelines.
• Track forecasts through timely and accurate feedback with functional managers.
• Prepare master schedule reports covering business, shipment, inventory, and production plan performance.
• Identify demand levels and create tactical production plans to meet customer requirements.
• Schedule supply by product mix and provide accurate commitment dates to the customer service team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, business administration, or a related engineering field.
• At least 2 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in an ETO, MTO, or assembly-to-order environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Power Apps.
• Knowledge of APICS and strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
