SAP Senior Solution Architect (Manufacturing)

Location: Remote from any U.S. city, with up to 100% travel based on client and project needs.

Annual base compensation: $150,000–$232,325.

What you will do

• Lead SAP solution architecture and business process transformation across manufacturing, production, supply chain, and operations.
• Architect SAP S/4HANA, ERP, S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Leonardo, and cross-functional integration solutions.
• Assess customer processes, recommend optimization opportunities, and manage expectations across project teams and stakeholders.
• Review delivery solutions, identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure adherence to approved designs.
• Support discovery sessions, proposals, solution roadmaps, demonstrations, and follow-up business development.
• Develop IoT, big data, machine learning, and performance analytics proof-of-concepts through production readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of SAP project implementation experience across multiple modules and industries.
• Experience with multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations and at least 6 years of integration experience across process areas.
• At least 6 years of leadership experience on SAP implementation or support projects in manufacturing and/or operations.
• Experience configuring multiple SAP modules, including production and supply chain capabilities in manufacturing.
• Must be located in the United States, able to travel up to 100%, and not require employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP IoT and emerging SAP platforms.
• Experience with Design Thinking, SAP Leonardo, wireless protocols, cloud technologies, and end-to-end ERP/IoT solutions.
