Client Delivery Director

Location: Macquarie Park, ACT, Australia. Hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days working from a location of choice.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Client Delivery Managers supporting the Federal Government portfolio.
• Own operational, security, and risk deliverables for customers.
• Maintain oversight of incidents affecting customers and lead corrective actions.
• Ensure contracted service levels are achieved and initiate continuous service improvement plans when needed.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver agreed outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing service delivery for high-value clients.
• Experience delivering end-to-end service transformation and projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to transform client environments and deliver high-value, efficient solutions.
• Ability to work three days per week from the Macquarie Park office.
