Delivery Manager - Cyber (Cybersecurity and Payments): Leading end-to-end delivery of cyber and technology initiatives across a regulated payments organisation with an accent on governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and financial control. Location: Hybrid role based at Darling Park Tower, Sydney, Australia

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of cyber and technology initiatives across Enterprise Technology Services.
- Coordinate business, technology, vendor, and cross-functional delivery teams to align requirements, priorities, schedules, and outcomes.
- Manage scope, quality, budgets, project finances, risks, dependencies, variations, and delivery blockers.
- Provide portfolio health updates and translate strategies into clear initiatives that improve delivery throughput.
- Support change adoption and maintain alignment with technology roadmaps, business objectives, operational priorities, and governance requirements.
- Engage risk, compliance, audit, and governance stakeholders to support safe and controlled delivery.
Requirements
- Experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Consultant delivering projects in banking or financial services.
- Broad knowledge of payment systems and banking technology.
- Experience with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Strong delivery discipline across scope, quality, budgets, risks, and dependencies, with confidence working across technical and business teams.
- Strong competency with Atlassian tools and the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Tertiary qualifications in project management, finance, information technology, cyber security, network engineering, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- PRINCE2, PMP, Leading SAFe, or a similar project delivery certification.
- Experience with enterprise WAF, DDoS protection, bot management, API security, and modern application-delivery technologies.
- Exposure to PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, Terraform, Bicep, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledge of APRA CPS 230, CPS 234, PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or ASD Essential Eight.
