IT Delivery Manager

Location: Adelaide, Australia. Full-time office attendance is required during probation; hybrid working and a 9-day fortnight may be discussed afterward. Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain Australian Defence Security Clearance at NV1/NV2 level.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, value streams, and programs, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality.
• Lead cross-functional delivery squads across applications, integration, infrastructure, data, and corporate platforms.
• Manage delivery performance through quality, velocity, technical debt, milestone, risk, and issue metrics.
• Define and manage the configuration, deployment, integration, testing, validation, and verification of IT solutions.
• Develop the technical foundation for application and data integration, including architecture, platforms, tooling, APIs, storage, and pipelines.
• Coordinate vendor obligations, operational handover, security practices, documentation, change adoption, training, and process improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise IT project delivery experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a significant change portfolio.
• Experience delivering applications, integration, infrastructure, and data solutions across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
• Ability to lead complex multidisciplinary teams and manage external vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.
• Expertise in automating the path to production, integrating security, and applying a “You Build It, You Run It” approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 and Agile certification such as Scrum or SAFe required; ITIL or COBIT Foundation is highly desirable.
