TL;DR
Senior Director, Professional Services ANZ (SaaS): Building and scaling BlackLine's APAC Professional Services organization, owning regional implementations, ongoing services engagements, and P&L performance with an accent on delivery models, customer value, and regional team leadership. Focus on designing scalable service operations, managing complex ERP and financial systems implementations, resolving senior-level escalations, and expanding the services portfolio with Sales and partners.
Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office for candidates within reasonable commuting distance

What you will do
- Lead, hire, develop, and manage the APAC Professional Services team.
- Own the APAC Professional Services P&L, utilization, time-to-value, customer satisfaction, revenue, and expense targets.
- Build scalable delivery models for efficient implementations and complex deployments across ’s product suite.
- Act as the senior escalation point for regional project issues and lead recovery plans.
- Partner with Sales and the Partner ecosystem to expand the services portfolio and develop scalable offerings.
- Collaborate with Professional Services leaders across EMEA and North America to establish global practice standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of management experience in services delivery at a SaaS or enterprise software company, including staff and budget/P&L responsibility.
- Experience building and profitably scaling a regional Professional Services practice.
- Experience leading distributed teams across multiple APAC countries and time zones.
- Background in ERP and/or financial systems implementations.
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects from scoping and SOW development through go-live, with strong senior-stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
