Customer Solutions Delivery Lead - Pilot Operations & Enablement

What you will do

• Establish and launch the national Pilot Program operating model.
• Lead a national portfolio of customer pilots from scope definition and implementation through evaluation, scale-up, and handover.
• Define success measures, timelines, governance, and delivery requirements for each pilot.
• Coach a small national delivery team supporting pilot implementation.
• Track operational, financial, and sustainability performance and develop go/no-go and scale-up recommendations.
• Partner with customers and internal commercial, operations, supply chain, and sustainability stakeholders to achieve effective handover and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in project delivery, customer solutions, operations, supply chain, sustainability, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
• Ability to turn insights into practical recommendations and balance customer expectations, operational realities, and delivery risk.
• Proactive and collaborative approach with confidence working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to work in a national customer solutions delivery role based in Erskine Park, Australia.
