IT Delivery Coordinator

Location: Kensington, South Australia, Australia. Only candidates with full Australian working rights will be considered.

What you will do

• Coordinate the delivery of payments solutions, projects, changes, and releases.
• Support governance activities, stakeholder forums, reporting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Manage payments incidents, post-incident actions, reports, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Coordinate payment-related changes from planning and implementation through communication and adoption.
• Manage identified problems, follow up on resolutions, and maintain accountability.
• Translate business challenges into technical solutions and address customer requests and high-priority incidents.

Requirements

• Experience in complex enterprise IT service delivery environments.
• Experience working with third-party-provided services.
• Experience with Dynamics MPOS functional areas, preferably ERP, Modern POS, retail, and finance.
• Ability to develop and update process documentation.
• Pragmatic, flexible, and effective in negotiating with different teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for customers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITSM tools, including automation and orchestration.
