Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Senior Manager (Dynamics 365)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Miami, or Philadelphia, with in-person work at hirify.global offices and client sites and potential local or out-of-state travel.

Salary: $137,000–$219,000 annually, plus a 14% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $156,180–$249,660.

What you will do

• Architect, design, and implement complex Dynamics 365 extensions, customizations, and integrations.
• Build scalable, high-performance solutions using Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure services, and APIs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate delivery with functional consultants, project managers, solution architects, and functional leads.
• Define development standards and processes for code reviews, deployments, documentation, security, and maintainability.
• Review and approve code while providing technical recommendations during project planning and execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams while supporting client relationships, proposals, and business development opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Dynamics 365 development experience focused on extending functionality and building complex solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization with X++, C#, JavaScript, and Azure services.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
• Direct experience leading and supervising teams, including mentoring, coaching, performance reviews, and work oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio and Access are secondary.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate, or Azure Developer Associate certification.
