Brown & Brown is an insurance organization with a Retail Software Engineering team developing business applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

What you will do

• Configure, develop, and maintain model-driven and canvas applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Build and maintain plugins, custom controls, and customizations using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform tools.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications that improve operational efficiency.
• Perform unit testing and support integration and system testing within an automation framework.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, designers, architects, agile evangelists, and other developers.
• Support Scrum adoption by coaching teammates and stakeholders and removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Squads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps process management methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• For the Core Dynamics 365 Developer level: at least 2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 or a related development environment.

Nice to have

• Understanding of insurance business processes and industry-specific challenges.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 customizations.
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile delivery frameworks.
