What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain business applications on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Configure and develop model-driven apps, canvas apps, plugins, and custom controls.
• Use Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, and flows.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support integration and system testing within an automation framework.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, designers, architects, Agile specialists, and developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps process management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects.
• Core Dynamics 365 Developer candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 or a related development environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with insurance business processes and industry-specific challenges.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 customizations.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile techniques and frameworks.
