Brown & Brown is an insurance organization with a Retail Software Engineering team that develops business applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

What you will do

• Configure, develop, and maintain model-driven and canvas applications on Dynamics 365.
• Build plugins, custom controls, and customizations using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform tools.
• Work with business analysts, product owners, designers, architects, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications.
• Perform unit testing and support integration and system testing within an automation framework.
• Contribute to Scrum adoption, coaching, knowledge sharing, and removal of barriers between stakeholders and Scrum squads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps process methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Core Dynamics 365 Developer level requires 2+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 or a related development environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Understanding of insurance business processes and industry-specific challenges.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 customizations.
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile delivery frameworks.
