What you will do
- Handle incoming customer phone calls related to travel program websites and transactions.
- Provide customer service and assist with concerns and inquiries.
- Support customers through voice-based communication in Japanese.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written Japanese communication skills are required.
- Non-native Japanese speakers must hold JLPT N1 certification.
- Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Call center experience in a travel program or account is preferred.
- Full-time work in Mandaluyong, Philippines, with residence in Metro Manila or relocation from another Philippine location.
