GDS Travel And Sales Account Specialist (GDS/Travel/Sales): Communicating with customers professionally and handling specific requests according to process guidelines with an accent on empathy, active listening, and solution delivery. Focus on supporting travel-related customer needs while meeting sales and BPO performance expectations in an onsite, shifting-schedule environment.

What you will do

  • Communicate with customers professionally and provide solutions for specific requests following process guidelines.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy during customer support interactions.
  • Support travel account requests and customer inquiries using GDS experience.
  • Handle sales-related responsibilities as part of a BPO sales account role.

Requirements

  • High school graduate with at least 1 year of GDS experience.
  • Preferably experience with travel accounts.
  • College graduate with at least 1 year of BPO sales experience.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
  • Can start ASAP.
