What you will do
- Communicate with customers professionally and provide solutions for specific requests following process guidelines.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy during customer support interactions.
- Support travel account requests and customer inquiries using GDS experience.
- Handle sales-related responsibilities as part of a BPO sales account role.
Requirements
- High school graduate with at least 1 year of GDS experience.
- Preferably experience with travel accounts.
- College graduate with at least 1 year of BPO sales experience.
- Good customer service skills.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
- Can start ASAP.
