Analyst, Accounting (General Accounting)

What you will do

• Support monthly hirify.global US GAAP closing processes in S4 SAP.
• Prepare closing deliverables, reports, balance reconciliation files, and journal entries.
• Process inter-company chargebacks, reconcile inter-company balances, and support cash settlements.
• Support inventory and payroll accounting activities during month-end close.
• Provide local statutory audit support and assist with direct and indirect tax filings and payments across Southeast Asia.
• Support SOX controls and participate in SAP enhancements, robotic automation, and tax compliance projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance at a multinational company or professional accounting firm.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, learn quickly, and manage accounting work covering multiple regions.

Nice to have

• General accounting and direct or indirect tax knowledge in S4 SAP.
• Previous experience at a Big Four accounting firm.
