Sr Accounting Analyst – APAC

Location: Singapore – Woodlands – NorthTech; based at the regional headquarters

What you will do

• Manage APAC accounting processes covering areas such as revenue, inventory, leases, fixed assets, and projects.
• Perform operational and month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, analytical reviews, and US GAAP reporting.
• Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley internal control narratives and testing documentation.
• Support quarterly reviews, annual audits, statutory audits, and project testing.
• Drive or participate in process improvement initiatives and business expansion projects.
• Collaborate with finance, global, cross-functional, and external stakeholders across the APAC region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in multinational companies or Big Four firms.
• Proficiency in US GAAP and IFRS, with the ability to balance global processes and local country-specific regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Chartered Accountant or CPA qualification.
• Experience in life sciences or manufacturing.
• Experience with revenue recognition under ASC 606 or IFRS 15, complex commercial arrangements, data analytics tools, and reporting.
